[September 21, 2026] Dtonic, an AI platform company led by CEO Yong Joo Jun, is partnering with Presight, a core company of the UAE-based AI technology group G42, to expand across fast growing economies, including the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.
The agreement follows approximately two months of technical evaluation after Dtonic joined Cohort II of Presight’s global AI accelerator in July. The companies agreed to apply Dtonic’s technology to Presight’s existing projects while jointly identifying new global business opportunities.
Dtonic is an AI OS company that connects data, knowledge, and systems across cities and enterprises to enable intelligent operations. Its core platform, D.Hub, integrates large-scale data and uses ontology to structure field expertise and operational context in a form that AI can understand and use. Building on this foundation, D.Hub links situational awareness and evidence-based AI decisions to real-world execution, providing an integrated AI operating environment that spans analysis through response across smart cities, industry, the public sector, and defence.

Presight is a USD 5+ billion global Applied AI company listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), with G42 holding a majority stake. The companies plan to combine Presight’s global market reach, delivery capabilities, and network with Dtonic’s AI OS and AI City technologies to jointly lead the global AI City and smart nation market. With the UAE as a key hub, they will enhance existing projects and pursue new joint opportunities. They also plan to broaden their collaboration across Europe, MENA, Central Asia, Africa, and other global markets while strengthening their expansion into fast growing and emerging economies.
